Main Features

1.What is your machine used for?
This machine is used for repairing the broken BGA (Ball Grid Array package) chipset on the PCB motherboard.
BGA repair steps:
1) Taking off the BGA chipset from the PCB motherboard,it is called desoldering.
2) Cleaning the Pad.
3) Cleaning and Reballing the BGA or replace a new one directly ---need to use reballing kit and accessories
4) Positioning the BGA chipset ---BGA rework station with optical alignment camera could help you position easily and efficiently.
5) Soldering the BGA chipset on the PCB
2.Can I operate it well, if I have no experience?
Do not worry! Our BGA rework station is designed to use easily. Normally it will take you 2-3 hours to learn how to operate;If you are a technician, it will be much faster to learn. We will provide the English user manual with the rework station together and also English version opeartion tutorial video is avilable on the Internet,such as Youtube.
We also provide free training in our company.You are welcome to visit our company to be trained here. And we could arrange the engineer to go to your country/company to train your workers directly as your requested and the relative travel cost will be on your account.
