Weaving Type

	Simple weave also called plain weave is the most popular kind of weave. Its main advantage is simplicity and high precision. Every strand wire goes above and under the warp wire. It guarantees obtaining very precise mesh size and very effective material segregation in comparison to other kind of weave. Its applications vary from filtration to screen printing.
	A twill weave can be identified by its diagonal lines. This is a 2/2 twill, with two warp threads crossing every two weft threads. Structure of a 2⁄2 twill. The offset at each row forms the diagonal pattern.
	Plain dutch weave woven wire cloth has two sizes of wire diameter. The weft wires has thinner wire diameter, which is woven tightly together to provide a tight mesh for filtering. The warp wires has coarser wire diameter, which provides strength to the woven wire cloth.
	Twill Dutch weave wire cloth combines Dutch and twill weaving to provide a fine mesh filtering cloth. Shute wires are passed over and under two warp wires, providing a tight, fine filter with tapered openings. The weaving process allows for the use of very fine wires, to micron size, producing filtering mesh for gas and liquid applications.
