Main parts
The main crusher
It shreds and crushes the waste wires and cables;
The telescopic cylinder
It opens and closes the cover of the main crusher automatically;
The water tank
It cools the main crusher when working;
The electric cabinet

It's the PLC system, it controls the whole machine automatically;
The air separator
(2 sets, one on the left, the other on the right)
It separate the mixture into copper and plastics, separation rate is up to 99.9%;
The double-layer magnets

QD-800 Blade Sharpener
to sharpen the worn blade by the grinding wheel, easy to operate;

to fix and loosen the screws on the blades in the main crusher;
Vacuum Cleaner
to clean the inside of the main crusher and the surroundings of the machine;
These above small devices can help u save lot of time and effort. They are very easy to operate.
Packing & Shipping
QD-800S copper wire granulators are usually bare-packed with plastic film covered, because it is always loaded in FCL, wooden box packaging isn’t necessary.
