1. Pre-sale service

 

Turn Key project, including WPC project feasibility analysis, workshop and electric facilities design, machine installation and test, staff training, formulation,mould adjust and test, etc...

 

2. After-sales service

 

(1) Guarantee period: one year for mechanic parts (screw not included), 6 months for electrical appliances. After the warranty expires, all spare parts shall be charged at cost of ex-factory.

 

(2).After warranty period, the seller shall give solutions within 48hrs after notified by the buyer if any err happens.
