Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is made of non-woven, superimposed and high-temperature sintered metal micron fibers.
Different pore layers form pore gradients of multilayer metal fiber felt, which can be controlled to obtain high filtration precision and high dirt holding capacity.
High strength and stable structure make it still keep the three-dimensional mesh porous structure.

Advantage

Types

The CY series is a very versatile pleatable medium that can be used in a wide range of application.

Because of the multilayer structure and high porosity,it has a high Dirt Holding Capacity and long on stream life time and widely used in polymer filtration.

The CY series also has a very wide range of liquid filter ratings.

 

 

The DY series is characterised by its high porosity and extremely high Dirt Holding Capacity.

The medium is suitable for use in lower pressure applications,for example monomer filtration in polymer processing.

 

 

The GY series of pleatable medium differentiates from the other media through its non-compressibility even at high hydraulic pressure.
