FUNCTION	DESCRIPTION
Back Check	Back Check slows the door in the opening swing to help keep it from hitting an adjacent wall or having wind throw it out of your control. Back Check resistance should only be felt near the fully open position.
Delayed Action	This allows the door to remain open for a preset period of time before closing at an adjustable speed. Such a system will allow people in wheelchairs or the elderly to get through the door before it starts to close. This is also useful in areas where trolleys are used.
Hold Open	Is the ability of the door closer to hold the door in the open position. When hold open arm is fitted with the door closer, your door will remain open at a preset angle until it is closed manually.
