High pressure spraying humidifier press the purified water to 30-70kg/cm² through the plunger pump,then deliver the water to the micro nozzle for spraying through the high pressure thick wall pipe,and rotate in high speed,spraying into the space with 1~15μm micro fog particle,the particle absorb heat from the air,change from liquid to gas,then evaporate,increase the air humidification,cooling down the temperature.This is just the process for cooling temperature through spraying system.

Use the imported industrial  plunger pump and motor,can work continuously in 24 hours,no easy-damaged parts for nozzles and Water spray distributor,also can not be damaged in High dust environment.with world advanced multicircuit control system,make the system more stable.no need compress the air.

The 5mu precision filter can remove the solid particle from the water,avoid the nozzle blocking problem.if use the matched water softener,can prevent the “White powder” case,protect the machine from be corroded.

Low running cost,only consume 6W power for spraying 1L water,its 1% of the traditional electrically heated humidifier,and 10% of the centrifugal humidifier.
