I. Brief Introduction of Pellet Heating Boiler :

1>. High efficient and energy-saving: Our biomass boilers using gasification ways to have complete combustion, the heating up speed is very rapid, the total thermal efficiency is more than 90%; the furnace body is designed to have a multi-returns structure, it greatly increase the heat transfer efficiency. There is a recovery device to collect the exhausts gas thermal energy, it can improve the heat efficiency and reduce the cost.

2>. Environmental Protection: Use biomass pellet as fuel, it is a clean energy which also know as “Green Coal”. It has a long combustion time, intensify combustion increase the furnace chamber temperature. The Biomass Fuel cause no emission of CO and SO, the ashes of burned biomass is a great fertilizer to plants. Biomass fuel is a cheap and renewable energy.

lIntelligent Control: Our Biomass Boiler use microcomputer control system, It has a one-button operation function. It automatic feed, automatic ignition, automatic start and stop heating, there is also a fault alarm to remind operator when there is a running problem.

3>. Safe and labor save: our biomass boiler is a non-pressure boiler, there is no need of professional guarding person to watch over the boiler all the time. The biomass pellet storage tank only need to be filled 1-2 times a day, boiler is running automatic. The hopper is easy to be cleaned .

4>. Fast Heating Rate: Operator can get hot water in 2 minutes. Heat exchanger is build inside the boiler, hot water can be produced at the same time with heating.

II. Applicable Pellet Heating Boiler:

Wood pellets, straw pellets, peanut shell pellets, cotton stalk pellets, bean stalk pellets with diameter between 6-10mm, palm shell, wood chip and waste wood, saw dust pellet, bagasse pellet, rice barn pellet.
