All products delivered are selected quality from strict production and quality control, we will never suggest you buying cheaper cost products but in poor qualtty, that seems saves your money but actually will decrease your competitive in both quality and price in the long run.

3. Can I get some sample to test?
Yes, you are suggested to test sample before make big purchase. Knowing our quality level and seeing if it works for your stones, that's important for both party. At the moment, we don't offer free sample but charge for samples but will refund back in coming purchase.  And we guarantee for any tested products, if it does not work, we are going to replace with new items or compensate for any testing failure.

4. How long could you deliver after my payment?
Generally for most orders of standard goods, we could deliver in about 1-2 weeks after payment received.

For customized items, it might takes little bit longer depending on the design and avialable raw materials and bonds.
