Center Driving Automatic Thickener For Gold Ore Processing Plant :

Thickener Application:

Thickener is gravity sedimentation equipment to separate liquid-solid mixture of homogeneous phase.The thickener collects slurry to center by scraper and then discharges from the outlet.

It is extensively used in industries, such as thickener applied in mineral processing plant, separating fine mineral from water, thickener applied in chloride-alkali plant to separate salt mud, thickener applied in waste water processing plant, and wet process phosphorus acid etc. Meanwhile,NHD-serial deep cone thickener is developed and successfully applied in alumina for red mud separating and washing system to increase solid content in red mud, which bring treatment of alumina tailings into a new stage.

Thickener Features:

1. Adding flocculant to increase the particle size of sedimentation solids, so as to accelerate settling velocity;
2. Install inclined plate to shorten particle settling distance and increase subsidence area;
3. Give play to the effect of flocculation, filtration, and capacity increase of mud deposited thick layer;
4. Equipped with complete control facilities.

 

Thickener working principle:

This thickener consists of round thickener and harrow scrapping machine, the solid particles suspend in thickener settling by gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized. Slime that sediment in the bottom of the thickener is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean overflow from the upside.
