  This machine is suitable for manufacturing various liquid products (such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel etc). It integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, pump discharge finished products and defoaming (optional) functions. It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories.

1. Volume: 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 600L, 1000L~5000L can be customized.    

2, heating method: the electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket, and the heating is uniform without cold zone. The heat transfer oil or water is injected into the jacket as a heating medium, and heat energy is generated to heat the material in the tank. The temperature at which the material is heated can be set as desired. Material heating temperature: ≤100 °C; material heating time: 30min ~ 90min (depending on the process). 

3. Temperature control: The temperature of the thermocouple is measured and connected with the temperature controller to measure and control the temperature, and the temperature of the material can be adjusted.    

 4. Tank body: The inner surface is mirror-polished and the roughness Ra≤0.4μm. The outer shell surface treatment: mirror polishing or 2B primary color matt or 2B matte surface matt treatment. Fully compliant with GMP requirements.   

5. Inner tank bottom structure: It is processed into a R angle by spinning, and there is no dead angle after welding and polishing with the inner tank body, and the net material is not retained.   

6. Jacket form: Full jacket, used for heating or circulating water to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling during work.   

7. Insulation material: foaming with filled pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane to maintain the temperature difference with the outside world to achieve thermal insulation effect.   

8. Stirring speed: 0~60r/min (frequency control); stirring paddle form: frame type, anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc. (according to process requirements).    

9, the foot form: round tube or hanging lug type. The upper platform mode can be selected from the side or the front platform. 

 10. Material: inner tank SUS304 or 316L stainless steel; jacket SUS304 stainless steel; outer protective casing is SUS304 stainless steel. Can lid SUS304 stainless steel.    

11. Bottom-mounted high-shear homogenizing head or pipeline emulsification head accelerates the dissolution and emulsification of materials. Strongly mixed solid and liquid raw materials can quickly dissolve insoluble materials such as AES/AESA/LSA in liquid washing production. Up to 1μm), saving energy and shortening the production cycle.   

12. The frame type scraping wall mixing paddle adopts the frequency converter speed regulation, and can produce high-quality products of different processes according to the requirements of customers, without mixing dead angles and non-stick pans. Reduces bubble formation when the temperature is low and the consistency is high. The speed of the agitation can be set as desired.   

13, the discharge port to the ground can choose the height requirement. It is convenient to discharge, and has a discharge port underneath, and is equipped with a stainless steel quick-loading butterfly valve and so on. After rotating the valve handle 90°, the material can be discharged, and the material is closed when the material is discharged. The pump discharge can also be configured.   

14. Stainless steel electric control cabinet can fully monitor equipment operation, and can display data such as temperature, stirring speed and emulsification time setting.

1. The blending system adopts single-direction or double-direction wall scraping blending and frequency converter for speed adjustment to satisfy production of high quality products according to customer requirements.
2. According to technological requirement, the tank can heat and cool materials. The heating way including steam heating and electric heating for choice.
3. The jacketed pot is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.
4. Various forms of blending vanes are suitable for production of different types of products.

5. Easy to discharge, bottom direct discharge or by transfer pump.
