MGK Type Rubber Gantry Crane Mainly used in loading and unloading of large components and short distance transportation.

Full hydraulic drive, used flexible lifting belt to pull the boat bottom, more hanging points lifting at the same time, running and steering methord change diverse, General has straight line, oblique line, Ackerman steering, place rotary, disalignment steering,according to customer's different needs to select different configuration.

Electrical system uses PLC frequency adjustment which can easily control every mechanism.

Operation site could be hardening of cement concrete pavement or asphalt concrete pavement, no need the high bearing capacity of foundation structure, reduce the cost of the Foundation construction.

1. It includes: main structure, traveling wheel block, hoisting mechanism,

steering mechanism, hydraulic transmission system, electric control system, Hydraulic jacking system , Lifting point adjustment system. The main structure with “U”type ,it can transfer Goods which the height surpass its height.

Operation mechanism is provided with a transverse, longitudinal, in the geometric center of the vehicle as the center in situ 360 degree rotation, forward, backward, brake function, all the above are hydraulic drive.

 3. Drive Unit using closed circuit, with energy saving, high efficiency, low noise, safe and reliable characteristics.

4. the lifting mechanism adopts multi point lifting, can effectively disperse the forces acting on the Goods/Equipment/Component. The spacing of each lifting point can be adjusted to meet the different needs.
