1, mold making technology (known as die pressing)
Take plate and more direct pressure into the A to B plastic film molding, A glue on the middle of the upper and lower mold, A rubber resistance to high temperature, B glue used to pad the mold height;

2, vulcanization
The first die machine preheating, the A, B film well into the die frame, and then into the molding machine on the preheating pressure (force should be appropriate), heated to 140 DEG -160 DEG within an hour or 1.5 hours (according to the size of the die to make it type)

3, opening (modulo)
To die cold is appropriate, the shape of a good A, B plastic film from the inside out, open up and down, with a blade, crane and other tools to open the mouth, do the exhaust hole;

4, melt material
Melt the required alloy material into the furnace to melt it to the desired temperature;centrifugal casting
The film in a centrifugal casting machine, and then pour the molten material, using centrifugal force to melt good material thrown into the mold, cooling and molding, remove the mold from the casting machine, open the upper and lower mold, remove the recycled waste products, melt again.
