Application of injection TPU resin
TPUCO TPU resin (thermoplastic polyurethane) is suitable for injection, extrusion or calendering molding. It can be used to make shoe sole, castor wheel, o-ring, gasket, mobile jell case and so on.
- Shoe purpose: shoe soles, shoe decoration, snow boot…etc.
- Wheel purpose: skate wheel, castor wheel, load wheel…etc.
- Sport purpose: golf ball, baseball, sport equipment…etc
- Industrial parts purpose: O-ring, oil seal, gasket…etc.
- Mobile purpose: mobile protection case, mobile phone accessories…etc.
Characteristics of TPU resin
TPU resin means thermoplastic polyurethane. Our injection TPU resin performs good toughness, abrasion resistance, UV resistance, hydrolysis resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance and so on. Hence, it can be used on injection, extrusion and calendering molded parts. Furthermore, TPUCO can also especially produce TPU resin according to customers’ specific application.
Storage of TPU resin
Please store TPU resin under cool (59℉/15℃ -77℉/25℃) and dry conditions. It must be protected from exposure to humidity and direct sunlight to prevent premature degradation.
