Metallic substrate have many advantages, such as: excellent resistance to thermal shock, short light-off time, thin wall, high surface area, low back pressure, high mechanical strength, perfect catalyst coating binding force, reliable braze welding intensity.
We can supply metallic substrate without noble metals, and can also supply metallic substrate coated with noble metals of Pt, Pd and Rh, and can meet the emission standard Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V, EPA and CARB.
The shell materials: Ferritic stainless steel SUS444, SUS441, SUS430 and austenitic stainless steel SUS304, SUS316.
The core materials: Domestic FeCrAl (2073/216), import FeCrAl (1.4725/1.4767), copper and iron, etc.
The foil thickness: 0.03-0.1 mm.
The hole density: 100-900 CPSI.
The braze welding: Nickel-based solder.
Shape: Round, oval, racetrack, rectangle and other especial shape according to the design of client.
Type: Spirality series, “S” series and “SM” series.
Application: Automotive, diesel (mobile or stationary), motorcycle, off- road engines and other applications.
