Product Description:

The Brake controller BR3 is used for small power on grid wind turbine system by

connected with the on grid inverter. When the wind is too strong,BR3 will make the wind turbine generator slow down gradually and apply to release to protect the whole system.

 

 

 

Product Features:

~Converts the alternating current (AC)to direct current (DC).
    The input current is three-phase alternating current which is from the wind turbine.
    The output current from the brake is direct current. 

 

~  Flexible autobrake system
When the wind is too strong, the brake moudel will make the wind turbine generator slow down gradually and apply to release. In order to avoid the wind turbine generator over speed and over power. Then Increase the service life of the wind turbine generator and the whole generator system.

 

Connection:

First of all, make the manual switch in the “Brake” status. Then connect the BR3 as

follows:

Connect the power supply with the Brake controller BR3. When the green LED light is on.

Connect the on grid inverter with the BR3’s output side.

Connect the wind turbine to the brake controller BR3.

After all is connected successfully, make the manual switch in the “Release” status.

 

Led Lights:

1. Green light: Power is connected.

2. Blue light: generator is start work and generate electricity through BR3

3. Yellow light: automatic brake active

4. Red light: generator is stopped.
