                  Are your samples free  or need cost?

Answer:1.Yes,we will send you our real sample for your inspection based on your detail company inforamtions you supply.

            2.Actually it depends on the products.For low velue or stock design products,we supply free sample and freight collect.But for high values or customized design,buyer have to afford sample fee and freight collect.and all sample fee is return back to you after order placed.

Question 6:How can i confirm the quality before start producing?

Answer:Before any order start mass productionTopStar sales team must send pre-production sample photos or videos by email for your checking,also we can send you actual sample by express s your request,but ship fee is afforded by buyer.We will start producing after you confrim pre-production sample.

Question 7:Can you do customized design for us?

Answer:Yes,we have a professional team with full experience in designing and molding.we can manufacture the products as per your PDF,AI artworks.

Question 8:How long can i expect to get the sample?

Answer:It will be ready for delivery in 7-15days.The samples will be sent to you by express,you can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have an account in express company.

Question 9:What about the lead time for mass production?

Answer:Frankly speaking,it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Generally,we suggest the you starting inquiry 60days before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
