ZH-1300BFST 4/6 Corner Type Paper Box Folder Gluer Machine

It is designed for

Features:

 

1) ZH-1300BFST owns CE certificate and can make many kinds of boxes. Like 4/6 corner box, bottom-lock box, double wall box and straight line box. One machine ,more different boxes.

 

2) Paper is feed by several thick belts under the help of vibration motor, suction design, servo motor control. Feeding is more continuous, exact and automatic.

 

3) Grinders are provided in both side of machine, to help gluing more stable and firm.

 

4) The machine have two set of line gluing unit. Top unit for bottom glue and the lower unit for side glue. Space adjustment is through tooth rods.

 

5) In pre-folding part, 1st folds at 180°,3rd folds at 90°. The 2nd fold and 4th fold at 180°.But pre-folding part and correction section part is for optional in this machine. Correction unit helps paper running and folding in aligned line.

 

6) ZH-1300BFST adopted with famous and high quality parts.Such as Simens motor, Schneider Electric/PLC/Transducer, Japanese NITTA belts, Japanese YHY/NSK bearing, Germany continental timing belts. All these parts help the machine running more quick and stable.

 

7) PLC system and touch screen for easy operation.Out-put quality/Speed/counting are able to set by this system.Counting through photo-electric sensor&electromagent kicking.
