Require for Raw materials:

1. Size: smaller than 5mm, if not,crushing first.

2. Moisture: 8%-13%, if not,reduced by Rotary dryer or Air dryer.

Pulverizer branches and other raw materials, having a diameter of 2-3mm sawdust, dryer after drying, humidity control in less than 13%, then extruded into a hexagonal charcoal charcoal, and finally by the carbonization furnace charring.
