Special pens: depends on the specific items. For those regular items which we have in stock, the quantity could be less.

Q: What's your payment term?
A: Regularly doing 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T for the first cooperation. For future orders, the payment terms is negotiable.

Q: Delivery time ?
A: Usually it's 25 days after receiving deposit, specific delivery date based on the order quantity.
