1. Description:

2000L 20HL Stainless steel direct fire heating 3 vessel local beer making supplies is often used in small breweries or bars. The system consists of three brewhouse vessels---Mash Tun and Lauter Tun and Kettle/Whirlpool Tun. Mashing process is worked in one tank and lauter process is worked in one tank, and the kettle and whirlpool process are worked in one tank,this configuration can save brewery cost and floor space.

This system usually brews one batch per day. If the second batch is required,it will need about 3.5 hours more. This system can cope with a temporary increase in production but not suitable for planned multi-batch brewing.

According to different fermentation time, usually 6 sets of 4000L fermenters or 12 sets of 2000L fermenters can be configured. 4 sets of 4000L fermenters and 4 sets of 2000L fermenters can also be configured to meet the needs of various beer types.

This brewery system also needs to be equipped with a complete automatic or manual control system, malt milling system, CIP system,glycol cooling system, direct fire  system, air system, etc.

3. Features:

1) Three vessels with hot water tank, 2000L per batch, the first batch takes about 8 hours, and two batches in 11.5 hours is allowed ;

2) Completely SUS304 stainless steel material, easy to clean; Red copper outside can also be used to adapt to special environments such as bars;

3) Direct fire and kettle process can get high thermal efficiency;

4) The wort is cooled by city water and -5 degrees glycol water in two stages, and it can also be designed to cool in a single stage;

5) Brewhouse heating temperature and fermentation cooling temperature are automatically controlled, manual control can be switched at any time;

6) Manual valve control, humanized operation, low investment, high cost performance; PLC automatic control can be optional;

7) Filling system can fill stainless steel beer barrels, glass bottles or cans
