Q1. Are you factory ?
A1: We are manufacturing and trading combo. Producing straws, cups, garbage bags, disposable gloves for more than 20 years , and trading some related product(plastic cutlery , plate, food container etc. ) for nearly 10 years.
Q2. Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A2: Yes, we provide free samples(not include customized samples) , you just need to share shipping cost.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A3: Sample needs 3-7 days, mass production time needs 4-5 weeks .
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A4: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-15 days to arrive.
Q5. How to proceed an order ?
A5: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly, we arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on product or packaging?
A6: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly .
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A7: Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
