Clean ball wire, also known as: Wash ball wire, steel ball wire,scourer wire and scrubber wire.

 

1.Making process:  Reinforced ( first change) ___pulling into 0.70-0.75 mm wire (a

process commonly known as the big pull) ___Zinc coated : a high level of zinc (hot

dip process) and low zinc layer (cold plating process)___again redrawn___ diameter

0.13 mm clean ball wire. 

 

2.Materials: electro galvanized wire, hot-dipped galvanized wire, Stainless steel wire  410 430, brass wire 

 

3.Diameter : between 0.12mm--0.23mm or special is 0.20mm-0.35mm

 

 

4.Zinc coating: high zinc coated : 15-20g/m2      

 

                       low zinc coated :5-8g/m2

7.Packing:2.5kg/pool, per spool with plastic film ,12 spools into a carton box or 8kg/pool or 15kg/pool,2 pools in a carton ,then 40 cartons in a pallet , and we can packing as your request.

Nickel-free and high-zinc wire.And these two types are most commonly used in life.
