1. Does the system can work for our own fish ponds?

If your fish ponds have good inlet and discharge outlet, also all fish ponds were built indoor, it will be no problem to the system.

2. Will you offer installation service or any operation training courses?

We don’t have any training courses, because the system is almost automatic running after connect all the equipment. We can offer installation service, but will charge extra installation service fees.

3. Will you teach us how to raise fishes?

Sorry, we don’t teach aquaculture knowledge. If you are new to fish farming, we suggest you to consult with professional aquaculture consultant or Aquaculture research institute.

4. Can you supply the fish fry?

We have some cooperated fish fry supplier, and available to supply some common species.

5. Can you supply the fish feed.

Sorry, we don’t supply fish feed.

6. What’s the warranty of the system?

All components and equipment in the system are guaranteed for 12monthes since the good arrive to buyer’s country.
