Assembly lines
The company has three finished product assembly lines with an annual output of 6,000 containers. The assembly line is well-equipped, and each station is equipped with a display to show their operating specifications. The most important thing is our gas testing equipment. All of our gas products will go through three inspection procedures. The first is to use a gas tightness tester to detect gas leakage at various locations individually. The second is to use a comprehensive safety testing instrument to conduct a comprehensive test and generate a list of test items. The third is the final manual inspection by QC inspectors.
Enamel processing production line
1. 800KW fully automatic firing furnace, capable of processing large workpieces with length of 1.2 * width 0.7 * height 0.8m
2, using imported equipment, streamlined powder room and powder room wall.
3. Reciprocating machine plus mechanical arm or manual spraying to realize unmanned operation.
4. The firing furnace uses electric heating as the energy source, the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides is small, and the firing zone in the furnace is 14 meters long.
