What's hydraulic cylinder?

A hydraulic cylinder is a mechanical actuator used to provide unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke. Hydraulic cylinders are used in almost every industry and are available in a variety of confiurations.
The two main types of hydraulic cylinders are Tie-rod and Welded. Each of these cylinder types can have unique applications due to their designs. Tie-rod cylinders are usually installed in light to medium duty applications and are generally designed to be repaired or re-packed if necessary. Welded cylinders are designed for most applications and are more complex in design, but are generally more diffiult to repair due to the welded design. Welded cylinders are typically a better solution due to their compact design and when a more robust design is important in an application.

Q1: Any warranty for your hydraulic products?

1 year warranty for our hydraulic products.

We 're responsible for any quality issues occur during the regular using of the product within 1 year. And will provide free replacement for problem accessories if any during this period.

Q2: What are you doing before products shipping out?

- 100% inspection for products, final check for the packing, notice customer.

- Giving customrt the chain information, like the material certification, inspect reports, testing results, etc.

Q3: What will you do after customer receive the bad products?

- For shipping problems: check with forwarder why it happened, and take responsibility if our packing is wrong.
