Main application:

CSJ-400 air cooling type rubber coarse crusher is a newest kind of product with advanced technology, mainly used for the coarse grinding of rubber and plastics,chemicals,food,medicine and other industries. The main characteristics of this machine is wide application,strong adaptibility and high working efficiency.  

Working principle:

Rubber coarse crusher consists of machine frame,motor,power-assist plate,screen and feeding room etc. When materials put into the crushing chamber,eight moving knives and four static knives begin to interact,shear materials constantly ,then finer particles go out through the screen ,but coarse materials still repeated cut in the crusher.And appropriate clearance between the moving knife and static knife can be adjusted according to customers' particle fineness.

Advantages:

1. The machine, adopting excellent hard alloy steel or wearable steel as its blade, is durable and suitable for the coarse comminution of different types of hard material. 

 

2. With the rotary blade and fixed blade, the materials are cut into granules falling on the sieve. By adjusting the sieve, we can control the size of granules. 

 

3.  The machine is equipped with cooling water system, so as to control the comminution temperature and guarantee the granule quality.
