How To Use Gel Packs and Wrap Reusable Ice Pack Gel Wrap Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap Use as Hip Ice Pack Wrap, Leg Ice Pack Wrap, or Cold Pack for Injuries, Shoulder, Knee, Back Pain
Instruction:
1. For cold use : Place it in the refrigerator for about of 1 hour, or in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
2. For hot compress: There are two ways to make it hot:
1) Put it in Microwave Oven before use;
* 700 Watt Microwave: 60 Seconds
* 1000 Watt Microwave: 50 Seconds
* 1250 Watt Microwave: 45 Seconds
2) Soak the pack in hot water for 8-10 minutes or until it reachs a comfortable therapeutic temperature.
