Working Principle:
This machine consists of rack, blade, hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic system. During operation, the rubber block is put under the blade, then it will be cut off by the blade moving down with the pressure from hydraulic cylinder.
Function:
The machine is used in cutting natural rubber, compound rubber, reclaimed rubber and synthetic rubber blocks into smaller pieces required for next step of processing. It is more suitable for cutting material in large size
