Firmware customization
We provide the firmware customization.you can change the UUID, major, minor and other parameters. With our app for android and iOS, it’s quite easy to configure UUID(UID for Eddystone), Major, Minor, Broadcasting Power, Broadcasting Interval, Eddystone URL, etc.

Q1. Do you provide the technical support to the developers?
Re: Sure. After you place an order and get the beacons, we will provide tool APP with API document, and iOS/Android SDK and Android Source Code for your programming.

Q2. Can we brand your product with our company LOGO?
Re: Yes, we will provide customization including logo printing, tooling design for housing, firmware customization, PCB re-design, etc.

Q3. How can we get the samples to test?
Re: You can submit an order in Alibaba or contact us directly. All of the samples can be supplied from stock. Samples will be sent within 1-5 days after paid.

Q4. How will you deliver my goods to me?
A: We always ship samples order and MOQ order by Express ( Door To Door), such as DHL,UPS,Fedex... to enable our customers to get their goods rapidly. We can ship mass order by Air, or Sea, or Express, according to customers' choice.

Q5. What's the warranty of the product?
Re: We supply 6 months warranty from the shipping date if it is quality issue.

Q6. What is the lead time of your products?
A: 1-5 business days for samples order, 7-15 days for MOQ order, 10-30 days for mass production orders (based on different quantities)..
