Q1. Please introduce your company.
A: Our company is started in 2011. We are BMS research and development company. We are BMS supplier.

We have 40+ members. There are more than 20+ engineers. We are good at developing customization.

All the hardware, software and app of BMS are developed by our company.
All the materials are purchased by our company. Other cooperative company assemble BMS.

We have the production line. After assembly, our company product, test and deliver the BMS by ourselves.

Q2. How can I see the parameters?

If need see the data on PC, you need buy a PC connector. We have PC software.
If need see the data on phone, you need buy a bluetooth. We have APP.
If need see the data on LCD, you need buy a LCD.

Q3. What is on/off switch function?
A: It is a switch to controll discharge mosfet open or close.
There is no on/off switch function if customer don't ask for it. The default is have no on/off switch function.

If you ask then we can add it when produce.

Q4. Can we change the parameters by ourselves?
A: Yes you can change on PC software. It can not change without password.
If you need to modify the parameters, you need to sign a disclaimer that proves that we have no responsible.
If the customer changes the parameters, we will not be responsible for any problems.
If you need change, please sign a disclaimer first, then I'll give you the password.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: For sample normally will take 10 days after receiving your advance payment.
For big order the specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
