Product Application
Electric 1 ton mini dumper truck is our main products, using electric as power source in mining, sanitation and cleaning. It is also widely used in mine, concentrator, quarries, refractory factory, flour mill, brick factory, furnace charge factory, forest, farm and so on. It is loved and received very well in current market. The parameters are in the below chart, the red parts belong to LK135 1 ton electric mini dumper truck.

5. Dimension(L*W*H)①: It can be customized into 900mm in width. The measurement result of this size is also affected by the change in the size of the cargo box. For example, if the cargo box is increased by 100mm in height, the height of the whole vehicle will become 1350mm from 1250mm.
6.Cargo box size(L*W*H)②: Length, width and height can be customized.
7.Driving motor power③: Other motor also can be used, such as 2000W48V, 3000W48V, 2500W60V, 3000W60V etc.
8.Driving motor type④: Brushless motor is also available.

4pcs/5pcs of 52ah dry batteries are available for free replacement.

But it has been proved by the market that it is not suitable for driving on the roads in the mining area,
so the mini dumpers manufactured after August 2022 has been upgraded to single-row big shock absorber(in picture 2) free of charge.
If customers want to upgrade double-row big shock absorber(in picture 3), they need to pay extra.
If the vehicles are not used in the mining area, they can still use the ordinary small single row shock absorber (in picture 1), and the price can be reduced.

* Cargo box shape
Oblique hopper.
The oblique hopper can be opened in rear part.This kind of cargo box suit for no shape and irregular goods, such as ores,farm crops and fertilizer, ect.
Straight hopper.
The straight bucket can be opened in three directions.This kind of cargo box can loading more, suit for having shape and regular goods,such as brick,this way can get maximize the use of it.
Advantage & Details
1. Tire.
The front tire: 4.00-12, rear tire:5.00-14.
We use the famous tire brand-Huanyan tire. Loading capacity: front tire 300kg; one
rear tire 895kg.

Thus the total loading capacity is 2090kg. Remove 500kg net weight, the actual loading capacity of the electric dumper can get 1590kg at least.
While other suppliers use small rear tire which made their mini dumper can only load 1000 kg.
2. 2000W Driving Motor & Double Row Chain
The driving motor is 2000W brushed motor. It has the advantages of low noise and smooth operation,and it has a long life and low maintenance costs. While other suppliers use only 1000W or 1500W motor.
The drive mode is gearbox double chains which more stable. While other suppliers use single row chain.
3. Rear axle & Gearbox & half shaft.
1).The rear axles are produced by our factory. It ensure that the dumper has strong bearing capacity.
2).High-performance durable gear box mainy used for mine area, farm,garden,factory or brick yard etc.
It has some advantages as follow:
* The gearbox is formed by casting, no sand hole, with good sealing, no oil leakage.
* The wall thickness of gearbox is 15mm, sturdy and durable.
* The gearbox is also produced by our factory. It will undergo strict quality inspection before leave factory,quality is guaranteed.
3).The main body diameter of the half shaft is 30mm, since the exposed end point is tapered, so measured from the outside end, the narrowest place's diameter is directly at least 26mm.
4. Battery.
The batteries compartment is under the driver's seat. It can be placed 12V 4 pcs or 12V 5 pcs of lead-acid batteries(water batteries) whose capacity is 80Ah.
Batteries make the mini dumper low cost, no pollution, no noise, energy saving, and high efficiency.
5. A new self-unloading hook design is adopted.
From the original one, the self-unloading hook is directly hung on the iron shaft fixed on the frame, and then fixed by the pin.
It is changed to a new design + fixed by the pin, which can be more stable, anti-reverse hook, more beautiful and stronger.
6. Hydraulic system

The lifting brush motor combine with oil pump offer power to push the hydraulic oil moving to achieve cargo box's lifting and down;
The function of hydraulic oil is transfer energy,lubrication,anti-rust,cooling,etc.
The lifting control rod control the cylinder to automatic discharge the cargo,which is very easy to operate.
While the dumper add a limit switch which function is controls the electric signal, only the metal plate connects the end of limit switch, will the oil pump start up work.
2) 3-section hydraulic lift cylinder. The chrome-plated cylinder makes lifting and lowering smoother.

Production process
1. Laser cutting machine.
Introduced and used a laser cutting machine. Unlike the previous tube benders, this is a light beam cut, so the precision is high. We mainly use it to produce vehicle frames. First cut the inside turning corners of the corresponding beams of the rectangular tube used for the beams, and then bend and weld the inside of the cutting position. The finished vehicle frame beam is still a complete one from the outside, there is no welding and welding seam on the outside, only the welding seam at the up and inside.
This process basically realizes the standardized production of the vehicle frame, and the produced frame and box can be completely matched. That is, the frame of vehicle A can also be used together with the cargo box of vehicle B. It is no longer necessary to code the vehicle frames and cargo boxes accordingly. We have started mass production of vehicle frames using this new production process on April 7 this year.
This process basically realizes the standardized production of the vehicle frame, and the produced frame and box can be completely matched. 2. Cargo box.
The entire cargo box is also made of a complete 3mm thick steel plate that is bent by a hydraulic bending machine.
Advantage:No welding, without welding seam. it is stronger and good-looking.
This process also improves the production efficiency of our factory.
3. Shot blasting, plastic spraying and baking paint processes.
The cargo boxes, cargo plates, vehicle frames and control box are all treated with advanced shot blasting, plastic spraying and baking paint processes.
Advantages:
Good anti-rust and anti-scratch effect, strong wear resistance, bright and clean appearance, and very beautiful.
Even under the lights at night, the paint is very bright, and the overall look is very beautiful.
The traditional ordinary sanding + normal spray painting can not achieve this effect at all.
