Heat pipe vacuum tube is adopted in this system as solar collecting device which is of the most efficient, heat pipe heads are plugged into copper pipe sockets are fixed in a row in storage tank with the end closed to prevent contamination of water, no water would go through vacuum tube but be heated by heat pipe heads with socket, so it is possible to remove the vacuum tube and heat pipes without draining the system. At the same time the water tank itself is pressurized so that it could be connected directly with tap water, which makes your daily using of hot water much more comfortable.

Designed specifically by LUCKY to perform efficiently in extremely cold climates, and Argon arc welding technology and Double-safety pressurized tank, the integrated insulation and the heat pipe vacuum tube produces a remarkable “all weather, all year round” performance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

 

Water tank is closed to ensure enough pressure. Solar vacuum tubes absorb heat energy and transfer to copper heat pipe by aluminum fin, then heat pipe will bring heat energy to cold water in the tank to heat the water.
