New type designed center system has tight constrction and stably going up and down, which makes the fabric weight adjusted right. In addition to single-size series, we also produce twin-size series.We can make different kind of machines according to customers’ requirement.
One diameter machine can be changed into another diameter machine. E.g. 34*73F can be interchanged with 30*64F. This Functon is available for single jersey or double jersey machines.

Main Features:
1, The frame of machine combines the knitting principle with human engineering. The outline is pretty and it’s firm and reliable. It adopts good cast iron, long natural timing effect and artificial timing effect, which prevent the parts from deforming.
2, Special driving system makes the machine run more stably. Main plate and gear of main plate adopt oil-soaking and imported high-class lubricating oil so that the running noise is small and driving gear is durable.
3, All cams and cam boxes are made of imported Japan alloy steel, engraved and abraded by CNC processing center, which makes the needle would be fluent and durable when the machine runs at high speed.
