13*100 mm Grouting sealing rubber packer

 

 

    Packer,also named grout nipple, widely used in the waterproofing work,especially in the concrete structure

 

withPolyurethane grout and epoxy resin grout. With high pressure chemical grout injection technology,the pac

 

ker is the special tools in this sector.

 

Principle  under the continuous pressure from injection pump to inject the grout into the concrete cracks and 

 

holes,squeeze out the water in cracks. Make the grout foam in the holes and cracks to complete the 

 

waterproof work.

 

    

     The important part for high pressure injection pump--high pressure Packer.Using the principle of ring crush

 

fastening to stop the leaking water. There is a one-way valve in the head to stop the grout flow back in the

 

high pressure. The expansion part is made of rubber ring, whose diameter is 13mm,to put into the hole diamet

 

er 14mm.Fasten the pressure-ring bolt and press the rubber part to make the grout liquid inject into the holes.

 

The one-way valve could be opened above pressure 0.4KN, therefore, the injecting pressure should be

 

higher than0.4KN.

     

For the dense type concrete structure,usually choose the packer 70*80mm; For the loosely concrete structure

 

usually choose the packer 100-150mm;
