Product Introduction 
Polar Bear Brand cementitious self-leveling material is a kind of powdery material that is premixed by factory with special cement, super-plasticized component, optimized proportioning/aggregating components as well as organic modified component in proper proportion. When being used, the material can be mixed to even flow pattern material with self-leveling function after adding water. It is applicable to construction of ground which has strict requirement on flatness, and it can be conveyed with mechanical pump or by manual operation. Performance Features 
1. Fast speed of construction:

Large area disposal on ground can be done within 1 day.

2. Fast and high intensification

Based on ultrahigh intensity HCSA cement, the self-leveling material becomes intensive very fast, so the construction schedule can be expedited; and its intensity at later stage is high.

3. High flow performance

The material is very easy to mix and stir at working site and it can flow to the designated place and automatically level up without any outside force or auxiliary measures when being poured.

4. Convenience for construction

As pre-packed material it is very convenient to use, just mix it with water is okay, and the materials consistency and evenness are ensured. Also the material can be conveyed with pump. 

5. Stable volume

The material has very low shrinkage, and it can be used for large area seamless construction.

6. Environment friendly, innocuous, inodorous, non-pollution, nonradioactivity.

7. Economic higher performance-price ratio than epoxy resin ground materials.

Rapid Hardness Type	Surface Course	The wear-resistant surface course is applicable to the reconditioning of industry workshop ground or new built project with short construction schedule in spring, autumn, and early winter. If it is necessary resin can be painted on its surface.
CSA-1	Surface Course	The wear-resistant surface course is applicable to the reconditioning of industry workshop ground or new built project in spring and autumn. If it is necessary resin can be painted on its surface.
CSA-2	Bedding Course	It is applicable to level the base concrete which shall be painted with resin wear-resistant surface course and has certain requirement on intensity of bedding course.
CSA-3	Bedding Course	It is applicable to level the base concrete which shall integrate with resin, PVC, ceramic tiles, boarded floor etc. and has no special requirements on intensity of bedding course.

Storage:

       Polar Bear self-levelling material should be stored on pallets in dry conditions. Under these conditions the product will have a shelf-life of 6 months.

Q4: What’s your MOQ?

A: In general, our minimum order quantity is 20 metric tons.

 

Q5: What kind of certification do you have?

 A: We have passed ISO 1900 and ISO 14001, and all of our product are satisfied with the standard of building material industry association or enterprise standard in china.

  

Q6: What kind of package do you have?

A: In general, we have two regular packing to meet mostly customers, 25kg Bulk bag and jumbo bag, all are plastic bag with moister inside.

But if you’re willing to pay the extra fees, special packing are available. More specific packing details, Pls contact me for further cooperation.

 

Q7: How many tons can one 20 feet container load?

 A: Normally, one 20GP can load max 24 metric tons with 20 pallets included. Each pallet place 1mt to 1.2mt. Of course, your any advice is greatly welcomed.

 

Q8: Could you send me some samples? 

 A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

 

Q9:How long is  your Delivery Time?

 A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

 

Q10: What is the convenient way to pay?

 A: Usually, L/C at sight or 100%T/T in advance are accepted, and if you have a better idea , please feel free to share with us.
