1. We will communicate with customers to know about their requirements. 
2. Necessary samples and technical documents will be offered to customers.

In-sales Service
1. Delivery time is within 3-20 working days (according to specific order quantity) upon receiving the advance payment.

After-sale Service 
1. Inquire of customers about the working conditions of their oxygen concentrators and help them settle problems in time.
2. Estimate and learn about customers' further requirements.
3. Do quarterly satisfaction survey.
4. Whenever receiving a complaint, we will give a reply within 24 hours and hand in relevant reports dealing with the complaint within a week.
5. Our product warranty period is 15 months from the day when you receive the goods. We can provide free spare parts under warranty time.

A: Sure! Sample is available.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1 unit. However, we suggest 8 units; we can pack 8 units with a small pallet.

Q: If the working voltage is for my country?
A: For battery oxygen concentrator is working for 100~240 VAC, so it should work in the most countries of the world
For electric oxygen concentrator, we have 220V and 110V two versions.

Q: We have design, can you produce?
A: Yes, welcome! Customize package and OEM printing are available.

Q: What is delivery time?
A: Usually 5-15 days.

Q: How to ensure the products’ quality?
A: Samples will be sent to you for test firstly; each production stage will show you in time; the product quality will be test and show you before delivery.

Q: How is your after sale?
A: Generally 2 year guarantee. Any damage results from us; we will take responsibility to compensate the loss. “Customer” is the first.

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: The Sample will be shipped out in 7 working days after we received your payment if no special requirements.

Q: Which payment way is workable?
A: Trade assurance, western union or T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery).
