1. Pushing plate adopts hydraulic pushing. Open and Close of Clamp, stroke of chuck, movement of rocker spindle all adopts motor drag. Open of Chuck and clamp adopts hydraulic method.

2.The main valves use international standard Rexroth serious products, magnetic  

    valves use DC24V controlling.

3.Medi-frequency power supply has function of automatic temperature control,

while bending the pipe, it can heat the pipe to needed temperature and 

maintain it. It can effectively make sure the heating temperature is within the

craft requirements. Compares to manual mode, it simples the procedures and

saves labor cost. The heating temperature, real-time curve and history curve of

system hydraulic parameters can be printed and recorded.

4.The angle control adopts encoder control which can set randomly the  

bending angle from 0~90^o. 

5.The equipment is strictly manufactured according to Industry Standard Q/1402DYG 001-2012 and National Standard.

6.Thrust Speed: The hydraulic system adopts back-pressure technology, which avoids the vibration during pushing, keeping the constant speed of bending.
