1. Production Description:

CIYI Nickel Cadmium Rechargeable Battery can be divided into different models accordingly to different applications and also discharge current:

Low Discharge rate series ( CYL series): CYL10 to CYL1200   (10Ah to 1200Ah)

Medium Discharge rate series( CYM Series): CYM10 to CYM1200 ( 10Ah to 1200Ah)

High Discharge Rate series( CYH Series): CYH10 to CYH800 (10Ah to 800Ah)

Ultra High discharge Rate Series (CYX Series): CYX10 to CYX250 (10Ah to 250Ah)

CYL, CYLM, CYH series is made by pocket plate, which have the properties of rigid construction, excellent discharge performance to over charge and over discharge, low self-discharge, High reliability and easy maintenance.

CYL Series

Low discharge rate NI-CD batteries( CYL Series) is suitable for the application, that discharging current is lower than 0.5CA, designed for general purpose and standby applications, such as lighting on the train, operation of circuit break, UPS, telecom, operation of communication equippments on a ship lighting and air contioner control on a train.etc 

CYM Series

Medium discharge rate NI-CD battery (CYM Series) is applicable for those, that the discharging current is between 0.5c to 3.5c, and working time is between 30 mins to 5 hours, such as railway DC power sources, UPS, gas Turbine control,Auxiliary power source for power stations, chemical plants, oil refineries, iron refineries.

CYH Series

High Discharge Rate NI-CD battery (CYH Series) is applicable for those, that discharging current is between 3.5c to 7c, suitable for high discharge rate application, such as UPS, switchgear tripping and closing, engine starting, control of DC motor, water treatments plants, etc.

CYX Series:

Ultra high Discharge rate NI-CD( CYX Series) is made by sintered type battery plate, which have the properties of rigid construction, small internal resistance, long service life, resistance to over charge and discharge, wide operation temperature (-40 centi dgree to +60 centi degree, high reliablility, ultra high discharge rate, which is applicable for those, that discharging current is between 7c to 10c, that peak current can be 30c, such as the usage of in the filed of military, aviation, railway vehicles, AGV, electric power system, boat, internal-combustion engine, switchgear tripping and closing etc.

The batteries will be packed by wooden crates, we will supply the electrolyte powder or wet electrolyte with the batteries and also the other accessories

1) What is the Life of the batteries?

The life of the battery can be 30-40 years, one of eldest NI-CD batteries have worked 60 years with still good performance, so nobody know how long it will last finally now.

2) Is the battery Maintenance Free

CIYI NI-CD batteries is low rate maintenance, you only need to add some distrilled water in every 3-5 years or longer time according to the different working temperature

3) What is your payment terms?

The payment terms of our CIYI is TT or L/C,

By TT, 30% as a deposit, 70% as a balance when goods ready

By L/C, the irrevocable LC at sight must be issued from reputable bank in the world.

4) What is your Lead time?

The Lead time of the battery is 30-40 days usually.

5) How to Order to you?

Firstly , you send inquiry to our company, then we will quote for you, if everything is confirm, you can send us the purchasing order, then we can send the proforma invoice, then you pay the deposit, and we arrange the production, when goods ready, then you pay the balance, then we can arrange the shippments of the order.
