1. Q: How can we get the price of the shipment? A: The shipping cost calculation is depend on the cargos Total weight, Volume (its' size) , Destination and the Shipping Way (By sea ,railway or by air; By Internation express ,etc ;Only ship to airport Or Door to Door Service) youchoose. We normally provide you a preference rate firstly,there will be some exact cost or balance after your shipment details( weight, volume, loading city and destination city ,etc) are settled. |
2. Q: How can I pay you? A: Our Payment Method: Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union and others. |
3. Q: When shall I pay you? A: Commonly, for sea freight shipment, pls pay us a week before the departure day; For air freight,you can pay us 3 days before the departure day. |
4. Q: Can we pay you monthly? A: Yes. we can discuss for quantity orders. |
5. Q: My supplier has no right to export. Can you help me export the goods? A: Yes, We can buy the export license, finish the custom declaration and arrange shipment for you. |
6. Q: Can you help me inspect our goods? A: Yes, we can. Pls provide detailed requirements for the inspection to us. |
7. Q: Can you help pick up our goods from the inland of China? A: Yes, we can. Pls offer the detailed address for pick-up. we also can pick up from different suppliers and conbine to one shipment for you. |
