Poultry waste rendering plant/feather meal machine

The Batch cooker line consists of conveyor, cooker dryer,degreasing,crashing

packing and pollutant treatment system.

1.conveyor system

a.The top the equipment as the raw material warehouse. Function: used for raw material storage, transport(such as poultry feathers, animal corpses, etc)
b.The middle is a pre –broken machine Function: large scale livestock and poultry carcasses can be broken into less than 50mm.
c.The bottom is a material pump. Function: transport the material to batch cooker.

2. Cooker Dryer System

Structure:
1.Jacket structure, which is filled with steam.
2.the stirring shaft with steam to increase the heat exchanger area, improve the production efficiency.
3.The insulation is made of SUS 304, to enhance the corrosion resistance, prolong the service life.
4.The use of steam recovery system, recovery boiler steam to reduce energy consumption and save water.
Material temperature:140℃--160℃ Jacket pressure: 0.6-0.7Mpa Inner pressure:0.4-0.6Mpa Batch capacity:1-5T Working time: 5-6H

Structure:

3. Degreasing system

Fat can be extracted from the material. Oil yield is more than 5%.

4.Dryer

1.Equipped with clutch,it can restart with loading in sudden stop during production,no need for emptying inside material.
2.With steam jacket,increase drying area,properly improve drying efficient,to assure material drying adequately
3.Compression handles,compact structure,convenient open and shut
4.The main shaft is made of super thick quality seamless steel tube
5.With steel foundation,no concrete foundation,changeable installation position.

4. Crushing packing

Degreasing materials will be cooling down, crush and packed. The powder can be used for animal feed or organic fertilizer.

5. Pollutant treatment system

The hot steam that is produced during drying is put into condenser, and become condensed water. This water is innocuous and can be used to Cooling tower

circulation.
