Cangzhou Qiancheng Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd smoothbore PTFE hose is specified in

many of the most challenging industrial applications such as those found in steel mills, foundries,

transit trucks and buses and air compressors.

It is widely used for oil extraction, all kind of chemcial liquid,cars brake system, Steel making

industry, Paint spray tool, Carrying fuel and lubricant, Hydraulic pressure machine,

Plastic making industry, Watercraft, vehicle, ocean industry machinemarine/military, aerospace,

biomedical industrial adhesive,paper mill.

The extruded PTFE tube has excellent flex life, high temperature tolerance and superior chemical

resistance. QCSS PTFE hose working temperature range is -70 to 260 degree. A reinforcement

304/316 stainless steel wire cover adds strength and durability to withstand high working pressures

and harsh environments. Burst pressure reaches to 12,000 psi.

Why choose us

We control the material of PTFE(PTFE) and stainless steel wires per customer's request.

Some are from Japan and Taiwan, some are from China local. Only choose high quality material.

We test leakage of each roll before braiding, then we cut 300mm and crimp it to test

burst pressure after brading.

We use CNC Lathes Machine for end fittings production. Machine system, knife and inspection

tools are all imported from Japan.

We use Techmaflex Crimping Machine which is imported from France. This machine has

accurate and stable performance for crimping because it is produced for PTFE hose crimping only.
