3) Please choose the fabric, lining and buttons. Please choose from our pdf files instead of high resolution pictures folder. High resolution pictures are for web design of our business partners after our authorization.

4) Please read our style choice to enjoy being your own designer.

5) Please follow our measurement guide to have yourself measured.

6) Please fill in the order form and send to us by email.

After we receive your filled order form and full payment, we’ll start the production of your order immediately.

Ask: Could you send us your swatch book to develop our business this side? What’s your swatch book policy?

Answer: we have many different swatch books. We charge proper cost (including shipping) for sending the swatch books to new customers.

Ask: what’s the price of your bespoke clothing?

Answer: please refer to our price matrix in our dropbox. No matter whether you’re an athletic university graduate or a noble senator, you can find what you want.

Ask: what’s the payment term and method?

Answer: Since it is custom made order, we charge full amount in advance. We accept net amount by western union and money gram. We have bank of america account for American customers. For continuous orders, customers can deposit estimated amount in advance and we’ll give monthly financial statement.

Ask: what’s your quality guarantee policy?

   Answer: If customer complains for quality or fitting, we’ll request for clear pictures to show the faulty part or measurement. If the fault is trivial and doesn’t influence the wear, we’ll give proper discount. If the fault is serious, we’ll offer free remaking. If it is due to wrong body measurement supplied by customer, we’ll charge for remaking.

Ask: What’s the shipping cost?

Answer: depending on your specific location. The unit shipping cost will be cheaper from second item in the same parcel. You may find the cost in our shipping cost matrix.

Ask: Can you make me perfectly fit suit if I have special posture such as hunchback, slope shoulder etc?

Answer: please supply posture pictures for our reference. We strongly suggest you supply finished garment size or send us your most fit clothing for our reference. We can make the clothing perfectly fit this way.
