Product Description

This water pump float switch is widely used to control the liquid level. Our float switch quality is stable, safe, and pass CE approval.Flaot Switch's operation voltage is 220vac, and current can be up to 15A. Applies to branch water,sewage,aid-base solution and oil.

 

1.Simple construction,reliable performance  of electric water /liquid level switch/water pump float switch

The product can output stable and reliable switch control signal of "of making", breaking "without any fault action,so its eliability is very high and antiinter-ference is strong .

The product can be used for a long time after it being installed.Almostno maintence and repairing problem would occur during its operation period.

3. Easy installation method,convenient adjustment method 

The liquid level control scope can be adjusted at will with the locating piece moving up and down .Only one screw is needed to secure the signal cable finish installation.

4. Wide application scope,strong generality 

The product applies to branch water,sewage acid-base solution of less than medium concentration,oils and situations requiring no pollution(for example food and drinks indusry),diesel oil gasification kitchen range,and automatic fuel feeding.

5. Simple circuit.economial and practical

Operation voltage is 200V,and current can be up to 10A.The applied circuit of the product is simple,so application costis very low .

6. Instructions for installation 

May be used for direct level control.In accordance with product electrical specifications.In the case of approved products,the ground wire will always be included and the ground wire sheath will always be yellow/green.In this case ,this two remaining wires are suppied for "high closure"or,specifitic request,"low closure".

7. Installation of counterwelght

Use wires:"Black" and "Blue" with these contacts, the regulator closes when down/opens when up.The wire that is not used must be correctly insulated.

1.Insert the cable in the counterweight.From the conical part and rotate it .Thus causing the plastic ring inserted in the opening to become detached (if necessary this operation can be facilitated with the use of a screwdriver).The ring should then be positioned in the point where it is desired to book the counterweight.

2.Force the counterweight on the ring by rotating it,using a slight pressure.

THE COUNTER WEIGHT IS FURNISHED ONLY ON REQUEST.AVOID JOINTS IN THE LEVEL REGULATOR CABLE.NEVER IMMERGE POSSIBLE CABLE JOINTS IN THE WATER.
