 Multipoint UPVC Door Locks have been developed by combining the best multipoint locking features, enhancing them and putting them in a single package. Each lockcase component and associated material has been specially designed and selected to reduce operating forces and provide smooth operations. 

 

The Multipoint UPVC Door Lock Features:

• Ø Suits all standard PZ 92 handles- no special handle requirement
• Ø European design
• Ø Enhanced security: all locking points including deadbolt and latch
• Ø Dual function: standard lever/lever or lever/pad operation in one lock

We current have 3 kinds of solutions for Multi-point door lock as follow:

 

Lock body + transmission rod + 2 roller

 Lock body + transmission rod + 4 roller

 Lock body + transmission rod + 4 roller + 2 latch

 

2. The hole distance from center to center (Pz mm) :

 92 mm is available 

 85 and 72 mm are not available ( During the development )

 

3. The material of forend:

 For PVC Multi-point door lock: Steel 

 For wood Multi-point door lock: Stainless Steel 304

 The material of strike plates: 

 For PVC/wood Multi-point door lock are both use brass

 

4. The length of backset we have: 

For PVC Multi-point door lock use 35 mm

For wood Multi-point door lock use 45 mm

For 72 and 85 mm backset are during the development
