When the goods can be deliver?
Goods will be delivered in 7 days, if the quantity you need is below 1500 pcs per design.
If you need to put your logo on the products and the packing , the lead time is about 15-20 days.
How about the warranty?
We will 100% inspect and test the goods before delivery , and we offer 12 months’ warranty.
May I have my own logo on the walkie talkies?
Yes, we can do OEM and ODM , if you need packing with your logo , that will be OK .

Why sometimes your partner’s voice is intermittent?
Please note that you are within normal communication range. If you want use radio in distance range, please change other antenna with a bigger output power.
If the problem is not settled, please send the radio back to our authorized dealer , we will repair it or send you a new one in the next order.
Can’t turn on talky and even it is switch on , it offen
shuts off automatically?
Please check the battery contacts on the walkie talkie. If it is broken or twisted, plsase return the radio to your authorized dealer for maintenance during warranty.
Why sometimes received voice from other groups?
Two way solutions. You can change another channel or change another channel frequency.
Can’t transmit or receive signal with other members?
First , please verify that the channel frequency and the CTCSS you are used the same as those of your group members. Please make sure that you and your partners are all within the radio coverage. If the channel frequency and the CTCSS are the same.
Which is better –VHF or UHF?
Depends on the terrain. The UHF signal is attenuated or absorbed by foliage , rough terrain and trees, VHF does better outdoors. VHF has difficulties penetrating steel and concrete , UHF does better in and around buildings. If you use the radios environments , we prefer using UHF band.
Could you offer free sample to test? Yes, we can provide free sample to our regular customers.
