Reclaimed Rubber Sheet Production Line/Waste Steel Tire Recycling Production Line
Working process of used tyre recycling plant:
Tire ring cutter → steel wire separator→ tire shredder→ rubber crusher→ magnetic separator→
vibrating screen1→ fine rubber crusher→ vibrating screen2 → cyclone classifier→ storage bin→
rubber grinder →vibrating screen3→package.
The whole line has the following features:

2. Then to open mixing mill.Milling process After the desulfurization of rubber has lower
plasticity, in order to improve its plastic milling must be conducted.Milling has the following
two ways.
(1). BoTong mastication will continuously mixing mill with 2-3 in units, roller spacing as 1 mm,
roller temperature control under 70.When milling rubber, through the first machine by the scraper from
roll after falling on the conveyor belt, sent to the second machine BoTong, in turn, can achieve
kneading.This continuous production, low labor intensity, high production efficiency.
(2). Single, double automatic milling in a mixing machine equipped with automatic feeding device, roller spacing for 1 to 2 mm, roller temperature control under 70.Rubber roller after Jane

3. Then to refining machine

roller spacing can crush rubber material is not fully in the desulfurization of hard particles, or will the hard particles on both ends of the roller line clearance.Is reclaimed rubber refining machine
