Specification and usage:
1. Surface mounted rubber tiles providing tactile surfaces for the visually impaired;
2. Made from EPDM to give high durability, abrasion and skid resistance ;
3. Can be adhered to most firm surfaces;
4. Must be solvent wiped with Rubber Tile Primer before adhesion with Rubber Tile Adhesive ;
5. Ground Surface Indicator Rubber Tiles assure a secure walk for the visually impaired, identifying the approach for dangerous areas and allowing for the recognition of walkway patterns;
6. Ground Surface Indicator Rubber Tiles also aid in guiding regular pedestrian traffic and can be used to mark off areas of possible danger.
7. These tiles are used on all new & refurbished stairs, ramps, travelators and escalators at the commencement of all changes to the existing walking conditions eg. TOP & BOTTOM of Ramps, Stairs, Escalators, Road crossing, and Bus, Tram & Train stations.
