We provides the complete product warranty service for customers:

1. Product warranty period starts from the date of purchasing (based on the date of issuing Invoice). Please provide the proved document to ensure the purchasing date when applying guarantee period.

2. The company proves all the products have passed the complete test to avoid defect of material and processing, the finished products meet the published specification.

3. Under normal usage, the products fail due to process or raw material processing problems during the warranty period. Then, the company will be responsible for the maintenance.
