1. When does the filter cartridge need cleaning?

When pumping becomes difficult and water output decrease too much, please clean the ceramic

cartridge.

2. How do I clean filter cartridge?

Remove ceramic cartridge by turning ceramic cover counter-clockwise. Brush and clean it with the supplied abrasive sand paper softly under the flow water.

Ensure that the output barb and output hose does not come into contact with unfiltered water and

dirty hands. Never use soap or detergents to clean the filter cartridge!

3. When does the filter cartridge need replacing?

The filter cartridge of Soldier should be replaced after 2000 liters, Auto and Travel after 5000 liters.

The ceramic filter cartridge of Sport’ should be replaced after 5000 liters, but activated carbon

should be replaced after 1000 liters.

4. How to prolong filter's life?

The dirtier the water, the more often you will have to clean the ceramic cartridge. To extend

ceramic life, Please always use the best water source available.
